The Process
1. Request a Visit
Parents or guardians fill out our online request form, providing essential details about the child, the location, and whether they prefer a home or virtual visit.
2. Matching Volunteers
Our coordinators search our network for a local Santa, Mrs. Claus, and supporting volunteers in your area. While visits are not guaranteed, we do everything possible to fulfill every request.
3. Scheduling Details
Once matched, we contact the family to arrange a time and discuss any specific accommodations, sensitivities, or protocols required to ensure the child's absolute safety.
4. The Magical Visit
Santa arrives! A tailored, unhurried, and joyful visit takes place, creating lifelong memories in the comfort of the child's own home, completely free of charge.
